At Brain Rewiring 360, we’re committed to delivering high-quality programs, courses, coaching, and digital resources that help you create real, lasting change. Because many of our materials are delivered electronically and/or services are provided in real time, all sales are final.
This policy applies to all purchases made through brainrewiring360.com, including (but not limited to): programs, courses, coaching sessions, workshops, live or virtual events, memberships, bundles, and digital products (collectively, the “Offerings”).
No refunds or exchanges. Once you complete a purchase, the transaction is final.
Immediate access items. Digital downloads, course access, recordings, templates, and similar materials are considered delivered upon granting access or sending the download link.
Live services. Coaching, consulting, and live sessions are delivered in real time and cannot be returned or exchanged.
By starting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Access to Offerings may be paused or revoked for missed or reversed payments.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., login/access problems or file delivery errors), email brainrewiring360@gmail.com. We’ll restore access or re-send materials as needed.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase violates this policy. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of delivery, access logs, or service completion, and to suspend access to Offerings associated with disputed payments.
Discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time bonuses have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where the law requires a right to cancel or withdraw, we will comply with those requirements to the extent they apply.
